Dave Patey Denture Centre Inc. (the Clarenville Denture Clinic) was established in December of 2012. At that time there were 4 employees. In the first year of operation the demand for services increased substantially and the number of employees increased to 7. Every year, they were motivated to provide a much better personalized service to their customers and offer better treatment.

2023 saw their biggest increase in sales since the beginning. Their clientele service area continues to grow outward as customers seek their services from all over the province. They are recognized for their expertise in denture fabrication and patient care. As a dedicated denturist, Dave is passionate about staying at the forefront of denturism advancements. His commitment to providing comprehensive denture services that restore smiles and improve oral health is evident in his practice. The practice is also a learning center for student denturist where students complete practical training as a part of their school practicum.

Making a strong presence in public relations through social media and modern website development allows Clarenville Denture Clinic to promote the profession and build much stronger patient relationships. This makes it easier for patients to understand their services and make it easier for them to decide their best treatment options. They always support local business in many ways to help make the community prosper. Over the years they have been community supporters for local groups including sports teams, charity golf tournaments, The Salvation Army and the local chapter of the Canadian Cancer Society.

In 2023, Clarenville Denture Clinic was proud to be presented with the Business Age and Dementia Friendly Award.

Since the beginning Clarenville Denture Clinic has continued to grow every year with upgrades to the physical practice to make it more comfortable and appealing to their customers, to the latest in fabrication technology including fully digital equipment for 3D manufacturing. They are almost growing out of their current space and the future of the practice will most likely see an expansion in site and building size to allow the business to expand even more.

Clarenville Denture Clinic has had a strong presence in the community for 4 decades and will continue to do so for many more. In 2024, Clarenville Denture Clinic will have a third-generation denturist joining the practice to allow higher achievements and goals for this profession and allow the practice to expand even more. Building a bigger and better practice has always been an important goal for Clarenville Denture Clinic and they thrive to be considered leaders in their profession.
